Read only, or also make changes
"See your account" is always included. "Make the changes you ask for" lets the assistant change posts, pictures, settings, reports and tickets. Leave it unticked if the assistant should only read.
Administrators of an agency or white-label account also see "Work with the clients in your admin scope". Without it, the connection cannot select or work with client accounts.
Every change is confirmed
Every tool that changes something first answers with a preview: what will change, and from what to what. Nothing happens until you say yes. If the platform declines a change, the assistant tells you the reason in words and nothing is changed.
Changes made by an assistant are recorded in your account history, marked as made through an AI assistant, just like your own clicks.
Changes other people will see
- Scheduling or approving a post that goes out on your channels.
- Unpublishing or restoring an article, or removing a post from your social networks.
- Sending a report by email.
The assistant is asked to point these out when it describes the change. Read the preview before you say yes.
Limits
- About 20 changes a minute through assistants.
- Heavy jobs (pictures, carousels, stories, videos, fact checks, digests, competitor refreshes) up to 30 an hour; they also count against the daily limits of your plan.
- A feature that is not part of your plan answers with a short explanation instead of data.
Your data
The assistant provider (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) receives the information the assistant asks for and handles it under its own privacy policy. For each request we keep, for 90 days, which tool was used, when and whether it worked; we do not keep your conversation. Connection tokens are stored only in a form that cannot be read back.
