The assistant cannot connect or keeps asking to sign in
- Check the address: exactly https://in-store.ca/api/mcp, nothing added at the end.
- Sign in with the IN-STORE account you use for the cabinet, then press Allow (not Deny).
- Remove the connector in the assistant, revoke the old connection in Settings, AI agents, and connect again.
"Connection not possible" page
The sign-in link was too old or did not come from a known assistant. Start again from the assistant: press Connect there, not a saved link.
The address does not accept your account
Each brand has its own address. Copy the one shown in your cabinet under Settings, AI agents; for IN-STORE it is https://in-store.ca/api/mcp.
"Not part of your plan" or a feature is missing
Reports, carousels, stories, videos and some analytics depend on your plan. The assistant says so instead of showing data. Contact us if you want to add the feature.
Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads or X are not connected
These sign-ins can only be done by you in the cabinet. The assistant tells you which one is missing and gives you the link.
"Too many requests" or a personal token stopped working
Wait a minute and try again: the limits reset quickly. A token that stopped working has expired or was revoked; create a new one.
Something changed that you did not expect
Revoke the connection in Settings, AI agents, then open a support ticket. We keep a record of every request an assistant made and can tell you what happened.
