Where your billing details live
Your access to IN-STORE follows an active subscription, paid securely through Stripe. Everything about it sits in one place: open Settings in the cabinet, scroll to the bottom of the page and expand the "Payments & subscription" block. The panel reads your account live from Stripe, so what you see there is the current state, not a copy made earlier.
What the panel shows
- The name of your subscription and its price, with a status badge next to it.
- "Next payment" – when the next charge is due, or "Paid through" when the subscription is not set to renew.
- "Free trial ends" – the date your free first month runs out, shown only while the trial is active.
- "Discount" – any promo code or partner discount applied to your account.
- "Payment method" – the card on file, by brand and last digits.
- "Subscriber since" – the day your subscription started.
- "Cancels on" – appears once a cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period.
Payment history and receipts
Below the plan sits the "Payment history" table: the date, amount and status of every charge, with a "Receipt" link that opens the Stripe invoice you can view, download or print. The line under the table adds up how many payments you have made and the total. Stripe also emails a receipt to your billing address after each successful payment.
The Manage billing button
The "Manage billing" button opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab. It is a secure page run by Stripe where you can replace your card, download past invoices and cancel the subscription yourself. Close the tab when you are done and you are back in the cabinet.
Changing your plan
Moving to a different plan or billing period is still arranged by our team: write to us and we will confirm exactly what changes before anything is charged. If the panel ever looks out of date, press "Refresh" in its bottom-right corner to pull the latest state from Stripe.
